Juhi is licensed and registered to work with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario since 2015. She completed her undergraduate degree in India in 2004 and graduate degree at the University of Manitoba in May 2011. She also completed the Ontario Internationally Educated Physical Therapy Bridging Program at the University of Toronto in 2015.
She is experienced in treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions for adult and elderly population. She does a thorough assessment, hands-on treatment and designs individualized exercise programs. She loves to educate patients regarding self-management techniques to achieve a maximum level of recovery. In addition, she has extensive experience in treating post-op Total Hip and Knee Replacements in inpatient and outpatient setting.
Juhi has enhanced research skills that help her to provide patients with optimal health care. She prefers to gather and analyze evidence by searching for different research articles in order to make sound clinical judgments. She has taken courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Acupuncture and Pelvic Health. She believes in staying up to date with the latest techniques & research. She intends to continue with further training in manual therapy in the coming months.
